How do I look at products?

There is no complicated registration process to view the products in iToolCrib.com's Online Catalog. Select one of these methods to look at the products in our online offering:

• Main categories of our catalog are visible on the top navigation bar. Just move your mouse over the category you wish to view. Clicking on the offered links will take you to the product level.
• You may also use the search feature located at the top right corner of each page.Products can be viewed in using either the grid view or list view and sorted by either price or product description. You may then click on the product image to view that product's detail page.

How do I set up an account?

If this is your first time ordering with iToolCrib.com you may choose to “Create an Account” during checkout.  By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.

If you would like to set up a terms account before placing an order, simply contact us using the Contact Us page on our site to and request a credit application. We may contact you for additional credit information. Generally, our account terms are Net 30 days.

However, this does not mean your order has to be placed under Net 30 day terms. We welcome VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

How do I place an order?

iToolCrib.com uses the point and click interface to allow its customers to place orders. When you have located the product(s) you wish to purchase, just type in the quantity needed and click on the Add to Cart button. The product will be added to your shopping cart. You can return to shopping and add as many products as you wish to your shopping cart.

Using the grid view you may enter quantities in multiple boxes and click the Add to Cart button at the bottom of the page.  All of your products will be added to your cart.

After reviewing the products in your shopping cart, you will be asked to check-out. You'll be guided through 5 easy steps in order to submit your final order.

An email will be sent with a copy of your order to the address you have provided.  You may also print a copy of your Order Summary for your records after you submit your order.

How do I review my shopping cart?

At any time in the ordering or researching process, click on the Cart icon on the top navigation bar. You'll be taken directly to your shopping cart contents and you can remove, add, or adjust quantities for any or all of the items listed.

How do I find out the shipping cost or my order?

At any time during or after placing the order, you may request a freight estimate by using the Contact Us page.  You may also include a note in the final stage of checkout requesting an estimated freight cost.

How do I set up my iToolCrib?

If you are interested in setting up your custom iToolCrib, please click the Sign In button at the top of any page and create an account. Simply input your information and an account executive will assess your company's needs and will bring you on board. You will then be assigned a portal, which will allow you to manage and procure your repetitively used commodities online through your MyProducts page in My iToolCrib.

How do I manage the products in My iToolCrib?

Your My iToolCrib will maintain a listing of your repetitively used products. There will be instances when you will wish to add new products to your iToolCrib or delete products that are no longer used by your company. You can do this by viewing that product’s details and clicking the Add/Remove from My Products link. You may also use the Contact Us page to ask for our assistance in adding or removing multiple products from your My Products.

How do I get my password if I have forgotten it?

If you have forgotten your password you can click the “Forgot Password?” link in the log in box and enter your email address. A new password will be generated which you can expect to receive in your inbox in a matter of minutes.  You can change your password at any time using the My Account Settings option in you’re My iToolCrib.  Please remember, passwords are case sensitive.
