These items each incorporate MiraCool crystals, which are securely encased inside each item. The crystals can hold up to 1000 times their weight in cool refreshing water. Simply soak in cold water for 10-20 minutes and these neck/body refreshing items will provide the relief from the heat that workers need. Each item will stay hydrated for several days.
